Objective :

i. To improve the communication skill of the participants with people surrounding him/her.

ii. To highlight common mistakes made in the process of communication.

iii. To enhance participants' observation and ability to identify the characteristics of an entity.

iv. To promote leadership qualities among participants in their related organization/community.

v. To improve teamwork in terms of cooperation, endurance, mutual support and focus of goal setting.


Process/Ideology :

i. To stimulate real life blind spots through visual tests and physical activities.

ii. Brain-storming among team mates to derive the think flow and ideology of each participant, and to fine tune their understanding on human behavior.

Ratio - 50% : 50% in Theory & Work Out (Physical Activities)
